Lip Color

The Permanent Makeup procedure for Lip Liner is beautiful. It can appear as if to change the size and shape of the lips, as well as enhance the color. Lip Liner helps prevent lipstick from bleeding into the surrounding skin. It can also camouflage facial lines surrounding the lips as a result of aging.

Lip color can also be applied to the full lip area. Women who want full lip color usually chose to just go up a few shades, rather than have a strong lipstick look. Working in the lip area requires some numbing and it may be done with either a topical anesthetic or a lip block, which can be done at your dentist - just prior to your appointment. Some technicians may be able to offer an 'in office' lip block, but I would always chose to have a dentist do it as they are THE experts in desensitizing your mouth.

Whether you want luscious lips or just want them to contrast your face, I will make sure they are exactly what you want!

If you have a history of cold sores or fever blisters, it is mandatory that you take an anti-viral medication as a preventative measure. These medications, Zovirax, Acyclovir, Famvir, or Valtrex, can be obtained from your family physician. The medication must be taken two days before, the day of and two days after the procedure.
